The website provides general information about our capabilities. It is not a binding technical design, quotation, guarantee of availability or promise that a particular product is suitable for every site.
Quotations and scope
Recommendations and prices may depend on a site inspection, drawings, measurements, network conditions, power conditions, customer requirements and product availability. Only the written scope and commercial terms accepted by both parties form the basis of a project.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate site and requirement information, safe access to work areas, necessary approvals, suitable power and network facilities where excluded from our scope, and timely decisions that affect delivery.
Equipment and substitutions
Models, specifications and availability may change. No substitution will be treated as accepted unless it is communicated and approved where it materially changes the agreed solution.
Warranty and support
Warranty periods, exclusions, response arrangements and maintenance obligations are those stated in the accepted quotation, invoice, handover record or manufacturer terms. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised changes, unsuitable power, lightning, water, third-party work or conditions outside the agreed scope may not be covered.
Liability
Security and technology systems reduce risk but cannot eliminate every incident, failure or loss. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited to the obligations expressly accepted in the relevant written agreement.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, diagrams, designs and documentation produced by Block Security Solutions remain protected unless ownership is expressly transferred in writing.
